Srushti deshmukh, in her third year of engineering is already beginning preparation for UPSC. When she finished her senior year of engineering, Deshmukh was unsure if she could enjoy working in engineering. Later, she realized her dream was civil services and started to focus on it. The parents of her encouraged her to pursue civil rights and get an opportunity to serve the people. Her motivation was never lost and she determined to become IAS Officer. IAS Officer. The process of achieving UPSC takes more work. She prepared for UPSC topics while studying her engineering. Exam preparation was conducted each day. In less than an entire month, she prepared for her exam in engineering and completely avoided all social media. She believes that focusing is the most important factor to succeed in this government exam and become an officer in the civil service. She was determined to get through the test quickly, so she put in lots of effort. Each day she would was reading the paper to stay up with current events. Additionally, she got lots of help online collecting different studies materials, and also taking in Rajya Sabha TV.
