A glittering career sometimes hides the most piteous stories underneath. Winner of the USA and World championships in hurdle events, Lolo Jones has reached her current standing after plenty of effort and immense amount of patience. Born to a single mother in a family of five kids, Jones had a difficult and impoverished childhood. Her mother lived along the road and even within the basement of a church in the area in the past. Jones was the winner of both indoor and outdoor hurdles event during the NCAA Championship in 2003. Jones started her career with the year 2005, after she finished her degree. She started training for a career in track. Jones won each of in the Torino Memorial and the Heusden Track competitions during the same season.

Brandt relocated to Auckland, New Zealand after moving from Cape Town South Africa in late adolescence. Discovered by local casting directors Brandt assumed the character as Naevia in the Starz hit series Spartacus: Blood and Sand as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Together with producers Steven S. D Knight (Sam Raimi) and Steven S. D Knight (Steven S. D Knight), she became an instant success. Lesley-Ann Brandt, a South African actress born in Cape town on the 2nd of December, 1981. She is a New Zealand actress with a lot of potential. Lesley Brandt moved along with the entire family in Auckland New Zealand in 1999. The first time she worked in Auckland as a store manager after which she was made an IT manager consultant. Lesley started out modeling and then began to appear in commercials. She completed her acting major and continued her training in Meisner techniques of learning. Lesley Brandt's first notable performance was in the TV drama Diplomatic Immunity, which aired in New Zealand. Lesley Brandt was a guest acting support on the New Zealand television drama Shortland Street. She then appeared in This Is Not My Life. It is based off the real story of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt starred in the television series Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia the hostage. She then appeared in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena miniseries.
