Marilu Henner, a woman that has the enthusiasm and vigor of an adolescent combined with the wisdom of an old soul is the best examples of today's modern woman that can do it all. She is an author, fitness guru, talk show host and producer. A director and dancer. Model, comedienne and comedian. and most importantly, a wife and mother! There's a reason why she's gained the moniker Perpetual Motion. Marilu's life has been a an example of her health-conscious lifestyle. She believes of the idea that with good health you're able to do anything. However, things weren't always this kind of way. The girl was a yoyo-dieter at the age of a teenager, watching her weight increase. She suffered from illness and was sick all the time. When both of her parents passed away at the age of fifty--her father because of a heart attack and her mother because of arthritis-related issues--she realized she had to control her own health. This was not about diets and exercise, but rather finding out how to maximize the body's functions.
